Return Policy
PICC and DryCase:
Due to the custom nature of our products, all items are non-refundable. There is a 90 day product replacement warranty for a defective product. The retail customer will be given same replacement for a defective product. A dryandcool.com receipt must be provided.
What if my phone or camera gets wet? Will you replace it? There are so many ways and there is no way of knowing how anyone’s electronic device might get damaged. Many of us have wet and broken devices from earlier accidents (That is why Dry Case was invented!) We cannot assume responsibility for wet devices otherwise people could all their old electronics to us. Again, when used properly, with the vacuum seal intact, it will remain completely dry.

What if my medications are not kept cool according to the temperature requirements of my medication? It is important to know that the Cool Pouch keeps the temperature below room temperature. This pouch is not meant to withhold extreme heat nor is expected to keep medications cool or while improperly storing or travelling with your medications in extreme temperatures. The Cool Pouch will not withstand storage in any area such as in a car. It is important to completely follow the instructions for activation and is guaranteed to stay below room temperature for up to 4 days. It is recommended to monitor and reactivate within this 96 hour period for safe and effective use. This product has been properly tested, but please carefully consult the storage requirements in the packaging materials included with your medication.
